Where in the TurboTax process can we elect to have the IRS bill us later for a tax underpayment penalty rather than including that penalty amount in our tax payment?

At one point in our tax preparation, we saw the option to elect to have our tax underpayment penalty removed from our 15 April tax payment and have the IRS bill us later. We had to update some information, and that changed our taxes owed, and now we do not know if the total payment amount shown includes the penalty. So, we want to confirm and elect to have the IRS bill us later.

refer to Form 1040 Line 38. If it is empty, IRS will calculate your penalty.
