You appear to be using Online Free Edition.

What page are you on?   This is a user community forum, and we are fellow users.  We don't know what page you are looking at or what video you are referring to, or what button/link you are referring to.   So we have to guess a bit.  Is your issue one of these possibilities:

Are you at the Tax Home page after logging in?   At the Tax Home, does TurboTax think you were finished, but you aren't, and you need to know how to open the unfiled return interview back up so you can continue and file?   If that is your situation, then look for a link "Add a State" to open the return back up.  That doesn't really add one but opens the interview back up.

Or do you log in, and there's no evidence at all that you prepared a return in that account, and it's acting like it wants you to start one?    If that's what you are experiencing, you may have more than one account we can help you troubleshoot.
