Where is my $25 referral reward?

i received my cards two days ago✨

I referred two people. I meet all of the terms & conditions. I don't need the link to the referral section within my account- that does nothing for me but provide my link to refer someone.

I, and a lot of others, want an answer.

Customer service doesn't have any answers either. They're just as lost.

I don't have emails from either of those emails.

Then I was told to visit this site http://refer.turbotax.intuit.com/faqs . Surprise, Surprise-nothing on that site loads.

Then, I was told to email this random account. I'm tired of going in circles.

Where is our reward for referring people to this place? another scam

From: Reward terms and conditions:

Advocates can send their Friends an invitation with instructions and a Link via text message (including SMS), email, or other available social messaging platform on how to redeem the Offer. In order for an Advocate to qualify for a Reward, each Friend must:

(1) be a new TurboTax customer; and

(2) access and purchase a TurboTax Online or TurboTax Live product (depending on specific promotion) only using the unique Link provided in the invitation received between November 1, 2024 and October 15, 2025.

Purchases of TurboTax Free Edition, TurboTax Desktop products, TurboTax Verified Pro services, and TurboTax State preparation and filing services do not qualify towards a Reward and are not part of this Program.

Up to 45 days after an Advocate’s Friend redeems the Offer using the Link from the invitation, the Advocate will be sent an email with Reward information for electronic gift card and charity donation options (if made available). After Reward selection, another email will be sent with gift card e-certificate information or information regarding your selected charitable donation (if made available).
