Where is my E-File going to? How do I access it and get the refund?

it goes to IRS servers where there's an initial check for item's that would prevent processing.   you can not access it after you efile.  if you're due a refund. the IRS electronically transfer it to the account you specified for direct deposit.  if no account is specified the IRSs send a check to the address on the return.    direct deposit 2-3 weeks.  mail 4-8 weeks depending on the mail delivery in your area.
