Are you referring to your Advantage subscription where the TurboTax software is sent to you each November?  If so, see this TurboTax support FAQ for when to expect your Advantage order - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/choosing-a-product/help/when-can-i-expect-to-receive-my-turbotax-advantage-order/00/25985
