Where is the contact information for Turbotax by email? I'm tired of waiting on hold for 30 minutes to talk to someone who has no answers and would rather read responses
Turbotax is trying to charge me for the service that they failed to provide and I'm trying to contact someone. I had to provide further documentation to the IRS and to my state franchise tax board because they dropped the ball entirely. I can't find any email address for them to follow up on this and the phone option is a complete and total waste of time. It's 2021, why do they not have an email address front and center for the contact information?
