The "Jump To" option is one that is generated when you use the Search Box. So you'll need to enter the search term into the Search box, and then you'll possibly see the "Jump To" option show up first in the search results. The "Jump To" option is for most search terms, but not for all.

So if you see the "Jump To" option when you've searched for your item, click on "Jump To" and you'll be taken directly to that part of the TurboTax program.
