Where is the "Non-taxable Income section" in turbo tax?

Generally non-taxable income is not entered into your tax return, so there is no Non-Taxable Income Section.

If you take a state sales tax deduction, you will be asked for non-taxable income in that section.

Some states collect non-taxable income information to see if you qualify for certain tax credits.

Interest and Dividends are sometimes non-taxable, so both of those sections ask in you have tax-exempt interest or dividends.
