The HP Instant Ink charges may be considered an office supply expense. It would be appropriate to list all of the others (and the HP Instant Ink if you wish) as an Other Miscellaneous Expense where you can enter a description and amount for each expense. That way you can easily track where you entered it from one year to the next.
You can find this in the Less Common Expenses section, using the Other Miscellaneous Expenses category.
