where should I mail 1040 with 2555?

I'm a massachusetts resident and I need mail 1040 with a check. From IRS table of address

https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-addresses-for-taxpayers-and-tax-professionals-filing-form-1040 and it indicates that I should mail 1040 to following address:

Internal Revenue Service
P.O. Box 37008
Hartford, CT 06176-7008

But TurboTax and form 1040-v instruction said I should mail it to following address instead since I also file form 2555:

Internal Revenue Service
P.O. Box 1303
Charlotte, NC 28201-1303

I'm confused, which is the correct address?
