Where to add my form 1099 Misc copy b for housing authority

i am not sure where to add my 1099 Misc income form

Since your 1099-MISC was for a rental property, you will have to enter your 1099-MISC in a Schedule E for your tax return.

To enter, please follow these instructions:

Open your tax return.
Search schedule e with the magnifying glass tool at the top of the page.
Click on Jump to schedule e at the top of the search results.
Click yes to the question Did you have any income from rentals or royalties?
Answer the on-screen questions.
Select Form 1099-MISC on the page Let's enter the income for rental property.
Enter the income as shown on your 1099-MISC.
