Where to mail return from overseas if not including payment, but paying online?

On the IRS site it lists two addresses for those filing overseas. Namely
If you are a TAXPAYER who lives in...
and you ARE NOT ENCLOSING A PAYMENT, then use this address... and you ARE ENCLOSING A PAYMENT, then use this address...

I am not mailing a check, but I am planning to pay online today through IRS site. So what address?
