Which box do I select if I paid zero points in 2017? There is no third option to select.

You're probably seeing the Did you pay points in 2017 when you took out the loan? screen.

If so, and you didn't pay any points, select the second bullet: We've already deducted all the points we paid in 2017, or we didn't pay any points.
