Which payment option to select for Federal to be able to file by mail?

File by mail is not available because you have selected to pay balance due with direct debit. If you want to file by mail, you must go back and choose a different method to pay your taxes.
I chose direct debit and for State - it seems I could select file by mail. But for federal it's not working?
FYI I need to file by mail because turbotax doesn't let you put NRA for a spouse
