Which Tax Form to fill W4 or W8233

Hello Team,

I am a non-resident alien in US and my Visa Status in the US is: L2 and I have work authorization to work in US.

My home country is India.

My spouse is on L1 Visa.

We (me and my spouse who is on L1 Visa) are filling Married filing jointly.

I am now working as an independent contractor for Appen.

Which Tax form do I need to fill: W4 or W8233.

Please suggest.
