Which TurboTax Product includes Form 4684? Need To fill SECTION C—Theft Loss Deduction for Ponzi-Type Investment Scheme

Good afternoon, before I purchase the online turbotax product, I wanted to see if it includes Form 4684. I need to fill out SECTION C—Theft Loss Deduction for Ponzi-Type Investment Scheme.

I saw another post about the Desktop version having it. What does the desktop version mean? Is this the CD that I can purchase like at Costco or something?
For reference, I usually purchase the online home & business.

The TurboTax Deluxe or Premium online editions support Form 4684.

The TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions are for installing the TurboTax software on a personal computer. There you complete and file your tax returns using the TurboTax software that was installed, not the online editions. All the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions support Form 4684.

So is there ever a chance for the form not to be included if I start the online version? I'm trying to avoid getting the road on my taxes and then having to manually print and include Form 4684. Does that make sense? I'd like for everything to be online so I can e-file instead of printing and mailing.
