Which Turbo Tax Desktop should I buy so that I can fill Form 8582 ?

Any version of TurboTax for Desktop will prepare Form 8582. Assuming you have carryover losses for a Rental Property, look for a section during the Rental Property interview titled "Carryovers." Check the box for "I have passive activity real estate losses carried over from a prior year" to trigger Form 8582.
