Also, you are using a paid edition (Online Deluxe) so you have phone support.  You can phone Customer Support during business hours to speak to a live representative about your concerns, and they can assist and guide you with your issue.  

 

Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern), 7 days/week
