Who do I talk too past custom service to get a refund. I was charged for a service I can not use as my status as a dependent does not allow me.I tried the refund already.

I called numerious times and each agent directs me to the same page.However, ny request keeps getting denied.I used turbo tax last year with no problems and I fine it hard am being charged for a service I did intent to use however can not due to being filed as a dependant. I dont know who i need to contact again in order to get this sorted out.
