Why a fee if it is FREE to file?

Ok why a fee if it is free to file? $80.00 this is a shame

TurboTax Free Edition is for filers that use a simple 1040 with no additional schedules and is free as long as you don't select any add-ons or upgrades. If you don't know or understand what you are being charged for you can  Review your fees to see a breakdown.
