Why am I being asked to input my K-1 state amounts for the wrong state?
I've inputted my information from my K-1 1065 into my federal forms. I have rental income for Missouri, and I am a resident of California. I've completed my nonresident MO state forms for my K-1 rental income, but when I go to complete my CA resident forms it's asking me for my California K-1 amounts. I never received a K-1 for CA, and it tells me I can manually change the amounts if it differs from my federal amounts. Should I just input zero for all of these amounts? Why is it even asking for my California K-1 if I never received one and don't need one?
