Why am I being asked to review my 1099-R again? I've already reviewed in once, but it's listed twice on the "needs review" page?

You can try the following to resolve the issue:

  1. Click Edit next to IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)
  2. Go to the 1099-R form details, delete any "$0.00" in any of the boxes 
  3. Make sure the box My form has info in boxes 17-19 is unchecked
  4. Continue and answer the questions that follow
  5. You might still see Needs Review next to the 1099-R form, ignore this and continue to Federal Review

 

If there is any missing information on the 1099-R form, you will see a red box asking you to enter missing information. Hopefully, this should resolve your issue.
