Why am I being charged $100 filing fee for Deluxe that states $60?

Deluxe fee states $60, but an additional fee for $40 with no explanation. Total fee of $100

Did you choose to have that fee deducted from your federal refund instead of paying it upfront with a credit/debit card? If you did, you are agreeing to an extra refund processing fee of $39.99 to have a third party bank remove the TurboTax fees from your refund after the IRS issues your refund, and send you the rest.
