Sorry the early discounted prices and free state promotion expired on 3/16.  State is an additional charge in all Online versions.

I do not have an on-line version. I purchased Turbo-Tax Premier with a free state tax return. As I completed federal I was asked the question, "Do you want to use your free tax e-file

For state?  It's not a free state efile.  You get a free state PROGRAM download to prepare unlimited state returns.  Then each state return (including the first one) is 19.99 to efile, usually goes up to 24.99 March 1. Or you can print and mail state for free.
