Why am I being charged 80.00 deducted from refund when deluxe is 40.00

If you chose to have your $40 Deluxe fee deducted from your federal refund, you added the extra "refund processing fee" of $39.99 so that the third party bank would take out your fee and send the rest to you.  Did you already e-file?   If not avoid that fee by paying TT upfront with a credit/debit card.
