Why am i being charged for my returns when it stated under 39k a year there is no charge?

You are able to begin your tax return using TurboTax Free Edition, but if you do not qualify for it or you add on an add on that requires an upgrade, you will be prompted to upgrade. Please see this link for tax situations covered in TurboTax Free Edition. To review your fees, follow the instructions in this link here.
