No you aren't ... there is a fee for the Deluxe + the state + the processing fee ... avoid the processing fee by paying the TT fees up front or use one of the IRS FREE FILE  options if your AGI is $73K or less.

You can file with TurboTax Free Edition if you have a simple tax return.*

*A simple tax return is Form 1040 only.

• Limited interest and dividend income reported on a 1099-INT or 1099-DIV

Review your fees to find out why you're being charged. Then, follow the directions to remove any unwanted charge:

• Remove PLUS More Help & Tools
• Remove pay-with-your-refund (Refund Processing)
• Remove Premium Service
• Remove MAX Benefits
• Remove a state
• Clear and start over to remove all fees and start from scratch.
