Question

Why am I charged before I finish and file? I thought the charge can only go through if I finish and file. Turbo Tax has not provided the service yet.

Your documentation states this: TurboTax Online is designed not to charge the customer until after they choose to file, I have not filed yet and I have a charge in my bank account. How can this be removed?

Were you in the File section of the program on Step 1 and chose to pay the TurboTax account fees with a credit card?  If so, did you complete the credit card information and continued in the program to Step 2?  If you did then you paid for the TurboTax account fees.

 

If you did NOT do this then contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem.  Use the key words Billing Issue
