I signed up for TurboTax Self-Employed and I have to file in two separate states. One state filing services are free for the basic package. All other packages say there is an ADDITIONAL state filing fee; as in any more than one. I don't understand how or why I would be charged $50 per state, making it $100 total instead of just $50 if I'm already paying extra. Can someone please clarify?
