Why am I getting a different amount then what was agreed upon TurboTax when I did my taxes

My refund said $2,485 and now it says 1,745 what happened I don’t owe anything to IRS

We have seen some posts that customers are receiving less money from their IRS refunds than anticipated who have used the Refund Transfer or Refund Advance products.
