Why am I getting charged 3 fees

Are you using Online Deluxe?   If so, typical fees are as follows:

Deluxe Federal return  $40

State return $40

(optional)  Pay fees out of the Federal refund:  $40 service fee ($45 for California filers, where it is bundled with Premium Services.)

Does that explain your situation?  Or did you have some other add-on such as MAX benefits (Audit Defense, Identity monitoring/restoration, etc.)?    If you chose that by mistake, we can tell you how to remove that prior to paying.

If you chose the option to pay fees out of the Federal refund, that can be removed prior to filing, and then you can pay upfront by credit/debit card or a prepaid debit card you can buy in a store.   We can tell you how to remove it, if desired.   If you want to remove it, are you in California or a non-California state?    The method is different.
