Why am I getting form 1040-ES vouchers if I selected that I do not want to prepay my 2021 taxes?

I am not self employed, and I receive W2s for all income. I do not understand why I am getting these vouchers.

Typically, the reason the program generates estimated payment vouchers is because the taxpayer has a balance due and an underpayment penalty. Even if the program generates the forms, you are under no obligation to make estimated payments. Moreover, the IRS and your state (if applicable) are not expecting payments based upon the program generating them. You can just ignore them.
