Question

Why am I getting nothing for my taxes this year when I worked all year and put 10% of unemployment towards my taxes?

Yes, the 10% unemployment withholding you put towards your taxes was a good thing, but apparently not enough to get you an overpayment of tax and refund.

Since you did not say you have a balance due, then at least the 10% withheld from unemployment was enough to cover your taxes and not leave you with a tax balance due.

There is no 10% tax bracket, but having 10% of unemployment withheld, along with the deductions on your return was enough to keep you from having a balance due.
