Why am I getting the message to pay to download my .tax file? I have. I'm in the downloaded program.

You are posting from online Premier.  If you have the downloaded desktop software then your tax file is on your own hard drive.

Oh, did you buy the Desktop download program to unlock a prior year online return?  That won't work.  You needed to pay for a 2018 Online return to unlock it.   If that's what you were trying to do then call in next week when they are open and ask them to unlock it for you.
