Why am I not being prompted for NYC rental payments for Turbo tax to calculate credit for NYC-208? Is it not calculated bec Iqualify for Turbo Tax freefile?

I earned under the maximum income and should qualify for a renatl payment credit on form NYC-208

There is no longer a New York City enhanced real property tax credit. The last year for the credit was 2019.
