No one can see your screen or your tax return so we do not know.  Have you entered all of your income?  You know that employers have until January 31 to issue W-2's, and many tax documents will not arrive in your mailbox before the end of January.  Perhaps you are just looking at incomplete information on your return.  Or did you have too little withheld from your pay to receive a refund?  There could be a lot of reasons why you are not getting a refund even if you have entered everything.
