Why am I only receiving $64 for dependent care credit when I am eligible to claim $930?

The credit is nonrefundable. It may be that combined with other credits, you only had $64 of tax liability left. Look at your 1040 line 24 for total tax liability. Follow the lines down the form to see how the credits work.
