Why am I owing money because of marketplace when I was single?

For two years now I owed I never owed in my life. I always claim zero now it’s telling me that I signed up for marketplace as a married person. I haven’t been married in years so I shouldn’t owe anything.

Who is telling you you are married?  If you had insurance through the marketplace and received more credit than you should have, you would have to pay some or all of it back depending on your income.  However, the 1095-A does not say that a person is married.  If there is an extra person on your 1095-A, you need to contact the marketplace to get it fixed.
