Why am I receiving back the full amount I paid into state taxes?

I am sorry, we do not have access to your TurboTax account here on the Community Board.   You can review your State Tax Return in TurboTax by following these steps:

1. While in your Tax Home,
2. Select Tax Tools from the left side of your screen,
3. Select Tools,
4.  Select View Tax Summary,
5. Select State Tax Summary from the left side of your screen.

If you haven't filed your return, you can change anything in TurboTax by going back to the area and the item that you entered and select Edit next to it.

If you have filed your return you can not change anything in TurboTax.  If you find any errors, you will have to file an amended return to correct it.  For information on how to file an amended return use this link:  How to file an amended return.
