It depends on where you are seeing it. The program will ask you for your 2018 Adjusted Gross Income if you are e-filing.

 

The program will also show you comparisons to last year at various times. If you are using the CD/Download version of TurboTax, you want to make sure you are in 2019. You can look at the very top of the screen where you will see the version (Deluxe, Premier etc.) and the year.
