Why am I waiting on a form that has no effect on my filing?

With some of the late changes the Feds and States make, sometimes the software just cannot be assured that you won't actually need that form or not.....with all of the intricate connections that the software has to make, for  a gazillion specific items, you may be held up until all the extra forms get updated.  It just happens.
