Why are my paid estimated taxes for tax year 2021 listed as income by Turbo tax in the income section?

Please go back and check where you posted those estimated tax payments.

1. Go to Deductions & Credits
2. Select Estimates 
3. Other Taxes Paid
4. Select Start or Revisit next to Estimated Tax Payments
5. Choose Start next to the type of estimated tax payment you'd like to enter
6. Confirm that the estimated payments are posted here and correct
