Question

Why are my returns being blocked because apparently a form is not permitted?

My taxes (Fed and VA) will not transmit. It looks like form C, for business expense is not allowed, but I do not have a business. If anything it could be from my brokerage account. Nothing is different from other years and this is the first time I've had this issue. How do I fix this?
