You can speak to a person, you just have to go through the procedure to do that. You can get TurboTax support contact information, including phone numbers, at this link: https://turbotax.intuit.com/support/contact/index.jsp

It's possible that your return includes a tax form that is not yet available for filing. Please refer to the following Help Article to confirm all forms you are filing are available:  When will my individual tax forms be available in TurboTax?
