Why can't customers order TT online from TT? Every link tries to get the user to complete "online"...the absolute worst option for consumers.

Whenever you find yourself on the page shown in Picture #1....you go up to the top of the screen and get to the CD/Download section using the "Products & Pricing" drop-down menu.
Once you get to Picture #2, you are on the correct page:
(It has been similar for the past few years...and we SU's have been struggling to convince "them" to make the directions clearer......but I'm sure their consultants & MBAs are convinced they are presenting it clearly .....Siiiigggh..)
