Why can't I access my rejected return even though it after the date it states ni can?

I have a rejected code of SA-F1040-027 but I didn't receive an email to correct it yet even though its after the 18 of February that states I can correct it

When your e-filed return comes back as rejected, it just means that the IRS has sent your return back to you for correction. To fix your reject, sign back in to TurboTax and follow the instructions to correct the error. Please see the information in this TurboTax FAQ

Error SA-F1040-027 is pertaining to your Schedule A (Form 1040) and in reference to your contribution amounts.
