Why can't I buy premier version now? When i click on buy download premier version now I keep getting message "Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again"?

    yea, you are right, it seems they don't like Microsoft's latest version of edge browser.   it worked fine last year with edge.  Anyway, it works now if I use internet explorer, thanks for your quick reply!

    Interesting.......maybe you could buy it with IE11, but you might need to go back to Edge..or Chrome..to actually download the software installation file.  Many people can't get an  actual download button with IE11.

    Do you have a different browser you can try to see if that still occurs?

    If you don't have one, then try this.  Empty/clear your browser cache, close the browser and reopen it.  Chose to open a private window (incognito mode).  Then go to the TurboTax site and try to make your purchase.  Do you still get that error?

    Same thing happened to me today when I tried to buy the download version of Turbo Tax 2019 using the latest edge browser, but now they do not seem to support internet explorer (IE) anymore, it fails in IE when I try to use that to do the download like I did last year.  But thanks to the reply below, I tried to open a "new inprivate window" in edge and purchasing from the inprivate window works for some reason.
