Why can’t I click/delete anything on my federal return in order to completely file my taxes ?

Have you paid your TurboTax fees?  TurboTax would require payment prior to being able to print or electronically file your return.

I don’t think it’s the fee , it’s telling me I have to delete a extra w2 but it’s not letting me click on any entry or delete anything on the complete checklist to do list for the gross compensation worksheet .
