This is a user community forum.  We can tell you how to speak to TurboTax Support, if necessary.  But it may actually be another company you need to speak to.  I'm going to try to guess what may have happened.

"My Stimulus has been sent but not to my Acct because someone at your place changed my account number."

What do you mean by that?   When you last filed a return did you choose to pay any TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund?  If so, that can explain an account number you don't recognize.  That process involves a third-party company who opens up a temporary bank account in your name at an intermediary bank to receive your refund.  Then the fees are subtracted and the rest of the refund sent to your bank in a second direct deposit.  Then that temporary account is closed.    When that option for paying fees is used, it is that intermediary bank account that the IRS "sees" in their system.

If you did use that service when you filed your last return, and if the IRS sent a stimulus payment to that third-party company, and the temporary bank account is now closed, the company would normally send the funds back to the IRS, who would send you a paper check  in the mail to the address of record on your return.   It takes about 2 weeks after the IRS gets the funds back.

If that's your situation, we can tell you how to phone the company that handles that.  They may be able to tell you if they refused a deposit and sent it back, or otherwise tell you what their procedure is.
