Question

Why can't I see tax tools when I am signed in? The only options I have on the left side are Tax Home, Documents, File an Extension, Intuit Account, etc.

I am looking to change to a cheaper version of turbotax.  The help section says I should be able to do this under tax tools on the left, but there is no "tax tools" anywhere that I can see.
